• Offering five distinct sorting methods (Regular, Robust, Happiness, Only Happy Variables, and Simple)
• Providing matches across 500+ locations including U.S. states, countries, and cities
• Delivering results based on scientifically verified personality variables

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our service, you represent that:

• You are at least 14 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will use the service for lawful purposes only

3. Services and Pricing

3.1 Free Service

We offer a free service that provides the Top 10 U.S. States using our Regular process. This service is available to all users without payment.

3.3 Payment Terms

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Each purchase grants one-time access to the selected database comparison

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We own all rights to:

• Data processing techniques and formulas
• Curated and cleaned location databases
• Website design, code, and architecture
• All text, graphics, and visual content

4.2 Restrictions on Use

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service or data
• Scrape, harvest, or collect our location data
• Create derivative works based on our methods
• Use automated tools to access our service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our results
• Share or transfer your access to others
• Use our service to create a competing product

4.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Results and Disclaimers

5.1 Nature of Results

Our personality matching service:

• Uses scientifically verified variables for comparison
• Provides statistical matches based on average personality profiles
• Is intended for informational and entertainment purposes

5.2 Important Disclaimers

• Not Comprehensive: We acknowledge that our variables do not fully encompass an entire person's personality, feelings, behavior, and tendencies
• Not Life Advice: Results should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions such as relocation, career changes, or financial decisions
• Not Guarantees: Matching results do not guarantee happiness, compatibility, or success in any location
• Individual Variation: Actual experiences may vary significantly from statistical averages
• No Professional Services: We do not provide psychological counseling, career advice, or relocation services

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our service
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in abusive behavior
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Refund Policy

• All sales are final once results are delivered
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for technical failures that prevent result delivery
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with match results
• To request a refund for technical issues, contact us within 48 hours of purchase

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, or $50, whichever is less.

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
• Decisions made based on our results

11. Privacy and Data

• Any reason at our sole discretion

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Forum Selection

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts based on grounds of forum non conveniens or any other basis.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through:

• Good faith negotiation first (30-day period)
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration in Utah as alternative to litigation (if both parties agree)
• Small claims court in Utah for claims under jurisdictional limits

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
